PocketAdvantageTM Survey for suppliers is used in two ways
The first is the software to input the answers and report on survey results. By sending your sales people out with a list of specific accounts and a standard survey you can a number of key benefits:
- The survey results are much easier to capture in the store using a handheld device designed for mobility
- The survey questions and brands, yours and your competitors, are linked using our DrinkSKU alllowing the results to be linked over time
- You can have the data sent to you for reporting or Inventiv can assist you in reporting the results
The second is a service we offer to connect you to the distributors in your network. We can send the same survey to your distributors and then collect the results in a standard format for reporting. To participate in this service level the following items need to be in place
- Permission from each distributor to perfom a specific survey
- A list of accounts and reps to assign the survey
- Timline for start and completion
Most suppliers are starting with the first level and then beginning conversation with their distributors about working to gether to capture survey results on their key sales drivers. If they already use PocketAdvantageTM you are all set. If they use another software we can install the software on their mobile devoices or PC's so they can participate when needed. Adding this software will not interfere with their regalar order entry process.
